I’m Jelena Affeldt, a real estate broker and the proud co-owner of Kelly & Jelena Real Estate. Together with Kelly Affeldt, I look forward to sharing our story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know us better.
I worked in property management for several years, so I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge of income properties and even tapped into the investment side of real estate.
On the other hand, co-founder Kelly Affeldt was a jet pilot and flight instructor, but he switched career paths many years ago and became a real estate representative.
Kelly and I have been licensed professionals since 2005, and have been providing exceptional real estate services to clients ever since. Over the years, the new technology and easily available tools have helped us improve our business practices and serve our clients better.
As a business, we are dedicated to meeting our clients’ real estate goals and render services that match their expectations. After all, it is always about making our clients happy!
Every time we see clients happy or witness their excitement when purchasing a new house, we feel an overwhelming sense of fulfillment. As professionals, we love helping people, so client satisfaction and happiness are all we ever hope for!

When we’re not working, we love spending time with our family, which involves a lot of outdoor activities and, of course, plenty of cooking. We also try to help others and give back to our community as much as possible, as we believe that’s what really matters in life.
